UBA Engages with BEAC Governor to Strengthen Banking and Financial Integration in CEMAC

United Bank for Africa (UBA) has reaffirmed its strong leadership and commitment to the Central African Economic and Monetary Community (CEMAC) through a high-level engagement with the Governor of the Bank of Central African States (BEAC), Yvon Sana Bangui.
The strategic meeting, held at BEAC’s headquarters in Yaoundé, brought together top executives from UBA’s subsidiaries across the region to discuss key financial priorities, including financial inclusion, digital banking expansion, and regional economic integration.
Strengthening UBA’s Presence in CEMAC
UBA’s delegation was led by:
- Jude Anele, Managing Director/CEO UBA Cameroon
- Eugenia Onyekwelu, Managing Director/CEO UBA Gabon

This engagement reaffirmed UBA’s long-term commitment to supporting economic development, cross-border trade, and digital transformation in Central Africa.
